    Step 1

    将芦笋切段后,滚水略烫,捞起备用。小番茄切半备用。Cut the asparagus into sections, slightly blanch in boiling water, remove and set aside. Cut tomatoes in half.

    Step 2

    素鱼涂上咖喱粉和面粉,锅里加入少许油,以小火煎至香。Coat the mock fish with curry powder and flour, add a little oil into the pan and fry over low heat until fragrant.

    Step 3

    以芝麻酱铺底,将熟芦笋排上,再放上煎好的素鱼,淋上少许芝麻酱即可享用。Spread the sesame sauce on plate first, arrange the cooked asparagus, follow by the mock fish, drizzle with a little sesame sauce and enjoy.
